We are currently hiring for Commission Trailer Sales, Trailer Sales Support, Lot Techs, Yard Hands, and Part Time Helpers
*Move motorized and trailer units around the yard, load & unload trailers from transport trucks.
*Perform new unit delivery preparation to include, but not limited to, mount tires and install hitches.
*Wash the outside of units.
*Clean inside of units as required.
*Consistently keep work area safe, clean, and organized.
*Dispose of all work trash either during and/or at the end of each workday as needed.
*Keep accurate track of supplies to maintain a proper supply inventory.
*Perform other tasks as assigned.
*Follow company policy and operational procedures.
*Maintain proper use and care of company property.
*High school education is an asset but is not required.
* A driver's license and DMV history is required.
*Position requires working outdoors year-round, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, physical dexterity and the use of ladders and other equipment that may be necessary to successfully complete job duties.
*Must be at least 18 years old.
*Must be flexible, cooperative, dependable, able to take directions from management and be team player.
*Business is open M-F 8am to 5:30pm and Saturdays from 9-3. Work schedule will vary.
*Initiative and ability to apply oneself.
*Ability to lift 50 pounds.
*Ability to work within a team.
*Willingness to learn.
*Ability to follow directions as given.
*Good communication, organizational and learning skills.
PARTS AND SERVICE ADVISOR:
*Greet customers, determine needs, and perform write up of work to be performed on trailers, RV's, campers, and customer vehicles (hitches/brake controllers, etc. as pertains to customer vehicles)
*Accurately handle all paperwork necessary for jobs from start to finish.
*Source parts necessary for jobs.
*Maintain communications with the customers and the service manager on all work being performed.
*Schedule appointments for service.
*Make recommendations to customers on products, parts, accessories, and services offered both in person and by phone.
Qualifications and Skills:
*Previous auto parts or service experience helpful but not required.
*Clean and neat personal appearance is necessary.
*Aptitude and experience with software-based inventory management is important, however we will train on our specific software.
*Required to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
*Required to operate equipment in a safe manner.
*Indoor/outdoor work environment with dust, noise, etc.
*Business is open M-F 8am to 5:30pm and Saturdays from 9-3. Work schedule will vary
RV TECHNICIAN (Full and Part Time)
*RV repairs including electrical, plumbing, roofing, appliance, LP gas, HVAC and light carpentry.
*Troubleshooting RV and camper problems.
*Trailer repairs including brakes and axles as needed.
*Hitch installations and repairs as necessary.
*Minimum 18 years of age.
*Valid driver's license and good driving record.
*Submit to a background check.
*Ability to lift at least 75lbs.
*Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
*Available to work during business hours M-F 7:30 to 5:30 and Saturdays 9-3. Work schedule will vary.
*Welding experience is helpful but not required.
*Prior RV technical experience is preferred. Other relevant experience will be considered.
*1 year of mechanic experience.
